At Charmtopin Art Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a fair and straightforward return policy. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process.


1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After the 14-day period has expired, unfortunately, we will not be able to process returns or offer refunds.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including any packaging, certificates, or documents that came with it.
  • The item must not have been damaged, altered, or used (except for any necessary inspection upon delivery).
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

3. How to Return an Item

To start a return, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number and proof of purchase.
    • The reason for the return.
    • Any photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipment. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.
  4. Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

If the artwork is damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials, as we may need them for a claim with the carrier.


5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund Amount: The refund will include the original purchase price of the artwork, excluding any shipping charges, unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item or a damaged piece).

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different artwork, please return the original piece according to our Return Policy and place a new order for the piece you prefer.


7. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized artwork.
  • Any items purchased during a sale, unless they are defective or damaged.

8. International Returns

For international orders, the return process is the same, but shipping costs are generally higher. You are responsible for the return shipping fees, and any customs duties or import taxes incurred during the return will be your responsibility.
